ReCentered Healing
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic approach. This means attention is paid to building a trusting supportive relationship so that you can feel safe for us delve into your experience together.
I also work from a holistic framework that considers the relationship of mind, body, and spirit. We will pay attention to to the the innate wisdom your body holds about your experience. You will learn techniques to restore balance to your nervous system so that you can learn how to reprocess difficult memories, experience, thoughts and emotions more effectively.
Together we will decide which modality/modalities work best for you. Typically, I utilize a combination approach.

I have chosen not to partner with insurance companies for a variety of reasons. All payments are considered “out-of-network” or “out-of-pocket.” If you would like to submit our sessions for out of network or HSA reimbursement, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for these purposes.

The terms "clinical psychologist" and "therapist" are often used interchangeably, but there are some key differences between the two professions. Clinical psychologists have a doctoral degree in psychology, typically a Ph.D. or Psy.D., while therapists may have a master's degree in psychology or a related field. Clinical psychologists also complete a period of supervised clinical experience, while therapists may or may not. Clinical psychologists may also provide psychological testing whereas other professions in this field are not permitted to do so.
At this time some clinical psychologists with specialized training are permitted to prescribe limited medicine in the state of CO, however I do not have this credential.
